The following terms and conditions apply to projects undertaken by Ironclad Web Design.

Revision Policy

Revisions are contingent on the selected package. Clients can request unlimited free amendments provided that the original concept remains intact. Revision turnaround time is typically 48 hours.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable once initial designs have been approved or modified by the client, unless Ironclad Web Design cancels the project for reasons unrelated to client breach or non-performance.

All refund requests will be handled according to the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only valid before design approval or revision requests are made.
  • Once the revision phase begins, refund eligibility expires.
  • Refunds made before initial delivery qualify for a full refund (minus 10% processing fee).
  • Refund requests made within 48 hours receive 66% refund (minus processing fee).
  • Refund requests made within 96 hours receive 33% refund (minus processing fee).
  • No refunds are allowed after 96 hours of initial delivery or once final files are shared.
  • Requests are void if a client remains unresponsive for 5–7 business days.

All refund requests must be submitted to our support department and are subject to review on a case-by-case basis.

How to Claim a Refund

To ensure your refund request is processed effectively, please follow these steps:

After approval, all rights to the refunded design transfer to Ironclad Web Design. You will no longer be legally permitted to use or display the design in any form.

My Account

The "My Account" section provides clients with updates and communication tools. Clients are responsible for monitoring it for revisions, queries, or updates related to their project.

Our design team follows the client’s provided specifications closely to ensure quality and originality. Each project is researched thoroughly before creation.

Delivery Policy

Design order files are delivered via the client’s account and email per the “Order Confirmation” timeline. Customized orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee.

We archive your final design files for future access. You may request re-delivery of these files at any time.

Correspondence Policy

We only recognize communications sent from official Ironclad Web Design email addresses under the domain ironcladwebdesigns.com. We are not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized correspondence from unverified sources.

Revision Policy for Video Animation

Revisions for video projects follow package specifications. Clients may request unlimited storyboard revisions while maintaining the same design concept. Turnaround time for each revision is 48 hours.
